The UCalgary Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (VCM) booth in the Nutrien Western Event Center showcases the university's commitment to animal health and well-being.

UCalgary Veterinary Medical Association (UCVMA) students will be at the Stampede grounds from July 4 to July 13 at the UCVMA booth, located in the Nutrien Western Event Center (Hall D). Learn about the importance of animal health and welfare, chat with current students and faculty, and get up close with some furry and feathered friends.

Don't miss the chance to visit the UCVM Pet Health Clinic at the Stampede on July 7 and 8, where you can bring your pets for a check-up and get some great advice from our experts.

Watch the rodeo action with the UCalgary Rodeo Team

Cheer on the UCalgary Rodeo Team as they compete at the Calgary Stampede Rodeo.

The UCalgary Rodeo Team is ready to showcase their skills at the Stampede. The team competes in a variety of rodeo events, including saddle bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, bareback riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing, breakaway roping, and team roping.

Catch the team in action from July 4 to 13 in the Stampede's rodeo events.

Participate in the Stampede 50/50 Lottery

Support student scholarships and bursaries through the Stampede 50/50 Lottery. Last year, the lottery raised over $2 million, with half of the proceeds supporting scholarships and bursaries for students in agriculture, business and health sciences programs.

You can purchase your 50/50 tickets at various locations around the Stampede grounds, including at the UCalgary booth in the BMO Kids' Market.
