Today, in the Omuku area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, more cultists have chosen to abandon their past and embrace Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

This follows the recent announcement that over 300 former cultists and militants renounced their affiliations at Salvation Ministries - Marine Base just two weeks ago. On the morning of Thursday, August 2nd, 2018, local police Commander S. A. Sani received reports that 103 young individuals had also surrendered their weapons at the Omoku Police Divisional Headquarters, alongside accepting Christ and committing to become members of Salvation Ministries. Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the head pastor of Salvation Ministries, was represented by Pastor Charles Alikor and Pastor Oye Allen, who guided these youths in their spiritual journey. The surrendered arms included a pump-action shotgun, a police uniform, two army camouflage outfits, two locally made guns, one homemade pistol, and a bag of charms. Additionally, a shrine was dismantled in the Mgbede community during this soul-winning initiative, marking a significant positive change not only for the people of Rivers State but also for the Kingdom of God. We can all witness and testify to the transformative work the Lord is accomplishing through His devoted servant. God bless Pastor David Ibiyeomie abundantly! 🙏🔥 #aprokoafrica #highlights2025 #trending
