Fatal Pedestrian Collision near Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal, West Vancouver

TransLink regrets to inform the public about a tragic incident that occurred earlier today involving one of our buses. At approximately 3:29 p.m., a collision took place between a pedestrian and a bus in the 6700 block of Keith Road, near the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal in West Vancouver. The West Vancouver Police Department has confirmed that one person has unfortunately succumbed to their injuries and another is in serious condition.

Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this terrible event. The safety and well-being of our passengers, employees, and the public are our top priority. We are fully cooperating with the authorities in their investigation to determine the circumstances leading up to this incident.
