79-year-old woman who has gone missing from the area.

The Grand Bay-Westfield RCMP in New Brunswick, Canada are requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 79-year-old woman, Ruth Carol Sutton (also known as Carol).

She was last seen on May 25, 2025, at around 9:10 AM walking on Mallard Drive in Grand Bay-Westfield. She is described as being approximately 5'2" (157 cm) tall, weighing about 130 lbs (59 kg), with blue eyes and white hair. At the time of her disappearance, Carol was wearing a light blue jacket.

Given her medical condition, which may cause disorientation, there is significant concern for her wellbeing. The RCMP, along with Ground Search and Rescue teams and other specialized policing services, including Police Dog Services, are actively searching the area.
