In this role, you'll be:

- Crafting exceptional user experiences for various platforms.
- Producing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Conducting usability testing to refine and optimize solutions.
- Simplifying complex problems into user-friendly designs.
- Contributing to the evolution of our scalable design pattern libraries.

Ideal candidates will have:

- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills across multiple platforms.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documents.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG).
