Accident involving two SUVs and a transport truck in London Ontario

A tragic multi-vehicle accident involving two SUVs and a transport truck that occurred around 4 p.m. on a Friday at the intersection of Thorndale Road and Cobble Hills Road, northeast of London.


The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have provided details of the incident, which resulted in the death of five individuals. The victims, all occupants of the first SUV, included two 17 years  old girls and a 16 years old girl who died at the scene, as well as a 16 years old girl and a 33 years old man who later succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. The driver of the transport truck and passengers in the second SUV reportedly sustained minor injuries. The OPP is actively seeking witnesses and any dash cam footage to assist in their investigation.
