The movie will be co-produced with Fusee from the Philippines and Acierto's own CineBandits. The project was recently awarded the TAICCA Focus Asia Co-production Award at the All Genres Project Market during the Far East Film Festival in Udine, Italy. The story is set in a future Philippines where society has collapsed due to a mysterious illness, leaving a small group of survivors to face a new and dangerous world filled with monstrous creatures. The film will showcase the struggle of these survivors as they try to rebuild their lives and find meaning in their existence. The co-production deal highlights the growing interest in international collaborations within the film industry and the recognition of diverse storytelling from emerging talents like Acierto.
