Alongside members of the Cumberland RSL Sub Branch, including 100-year-old WWII veteran Alan Whichelo, and students from Lloyd Street Primary School in Melbourne, she placed a wreath to honor all Australians who served in the Second World War. The Roll of Honour for this evening, presented by Midshipman Kara Williams of the Royal Australian Navy, recognized the service of Flying Officer Albert Edwin Crellin, a pilot of the Royal Australian Air Force who made significant contributions to aerial operations over Europe during World War II.
