As part of her farewell tour in Brisbane, U.S. Consul General Christine Elder joined the festivities of the NRL Magic Round, an exciting rugby league event featuring all matches of a single round held at Suncorp Stadium. A special thanks to the Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) for hosting Consul General Elder and Head of Public Affairs Li Ping Lo as they enjoyed the matches between the Cronulla Sharks and Parramatta Eels, as well as the Sydney Roosters and Queensland Dolphins.

 This event provided an excellent chance to immerse themselves in Brisbane's vibrant sports culture and community spirit, while also discussing key economic sectors that offer potential for further collaboration.
