The suspects, identified as Olaniyan Joshua, Oyetunde Julius Akano, and Victor Oluwale, are currently being interrogated by the Commission following their arrest on Wednesday, May 1, 2025, in Abuja. Operating under the guise of Mighty Infinity Millionaire Limited, they falsely represented themselves as agents of Q-net, a global e-commerce and direct selling entity. Q-net has categorically denied any association with these individuals and their fraudulent activities. Further investigations revealed that the suspects were also conducting a deceptive university training program in makeshift locations, offering counterfeit Bachelor of Science degrees in various fields, including Medicine, Nursing, Cybersecurity, Computer Studies, and Geology, falsely claiming affiliation with Quest International University in Malaysia. Victims were charged registration fees ranging from N1.2 million to N1.3 million, resulting in the suspects amassing hundreds of millions in illicit gains. Previously, on March 24, 2025, the Commission conducted a raid on Q-net University located at Compensation Layout, Gwagwalada, FCT, Abuja, leading to the arrest of 133 individuals.
