The FBI, which previously apprehended the suspected terrorist Harpreet Singh, has associated him with Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence and the pro-Khalistan terrorist organization, Babbar Khalsa International.


In emphasizing Harpreet Singh's alleged connections to these two entities, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has suggested not only the purported involvement of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in cross-border terrorism but also its alleged ties to pro-Khalistan factions within India.
