The suspect, described as a masked white male standing between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 2 inches tall, may have sustained injuries from the explosion, which could include a concussion, burns, or shrapnel injuries.

He is noted for his unique walking style, characterized by a limp in his right leg, which he kicks outward, and he occasionally keeps his right hand positioned behind his back.
