Saraki and other prominent Arsenal supporters were present at the Emirates Stadium for the match against Real Madrid.

Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, the former President of the Nigerian 8th Senate and Chairman of the National Assembly, joined thousands of Arsenal fans in attending the Emirates Stadium to show their support for Arsenal FC in the first leg of the Quarter Finals.

The intense match concluded with a score of three goals to nil in favor of the Gunners, featuring two remarkable free kicks converted into goals by Declan Rice.

Just five minutes after Rice opened the scoring with a stunning free kick that curved around the Madrid wall in the 58th minute, he duplicated this achievement 12 minutes later with an even more impressive free kick. Additionally, makeshift striker Mikel Merino compounded the Champions League holders' woes with a well-placed finish from close range, bringing the score to 3-0.

Eduardo Camavinga received a red card in the final minute of stoppage time due to a second yellow card, which meant he was already suspended for the second leg following his initial booking.

For record-keeping, both Arsenal and Real Madrid currently sit in second place in their respective leagues. While Arsenal's chances of winning the Premier League appear slim, Real Madrid still has the opportunity to defend their La Liga title.
