President Bukele has detained 238 members of the Tren de Aragua

President Bukele has detained 238 members of the Tren de Aragua and 23 individuals affiliated with MS-13 who were deported from the United States. All detainees have been placed in CECOT for a minimum duration of one year. Meanwhile, the labor of 40,000 inmates is expected to contribute to making El Salvador's prison system financially self-sufficient.
