Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been referred to as the "Governor" by US President Donald Trump once again. Since his re-election, Trump has repeatedly implied that Canada should fall under US jurisdiction, suggesting that Trudeau could serve as the governor of what he terms the 51st state.  Not a valid attachment ID.
