🇸🇴🇹🇿: Somalia and Tanzania  sign three  Darussalam agreements.

Daaru-Salaam, January 29, 2025  - The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,  the Honorable Ambassador Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, signed three agreements with the Minister of Information, Culture,  Sports and Culture  of Tanzania,  the Honorable Professor Palamagamba John Aidan Mwaluko, and  the Minister of Interior of that country,  the Honorable Innocent Lugha  Bashungwa. "It is a great honor for us that Somalia and Tanzania  will sign  new important agreements for our two countries 🇸🇴🇹🇿  in two  months," wrote the Somali ambassador to  Tanzania, H.E. Senator Ilyas Ali  Hassan, via  the page he verified. Facebook  account.
The signed agreements  concerned cooperation  in security and  peace issues, the exchange of prisoners  in court, and  a cooperation  agreement for the development of  the Swahili language and  culture.
It is worth noting that  the Swahili language is part of the regional language of  the East  African Economic  Coalition, of which  Somalia is  also a  part, and most of the  member governments  of this organization are recognized for its  development.
It was  on December 19, 2024 when the two ministers representing each other signed four important  agreements: political cooperation between the two countries, defense,  health, and  tourism.
