BREAKING NEWS: CDC  reports first  serious case of  mutated bird flu, prompting  "experts" to warn we  could see another  pandemic.
"The virus  can change and  spread more easily  from person to  person," said infectious disease  specialist Dr. Dean  Blumberg.
"The longer this virus  circulates, and  the more it specifically co-circulates with human strains, the  higher the risk of the virus evolving  into human-to-human  transmission, which could  certainly signal  a new pandemic."
