After a small kid was struck by a car in the Belmont neighbourhood last week, Calgary police are asking witnesses to come forward. Just after 7:30 a.m. on Friday, it occurred at the junction of 210 Avenue S.W. and Belmont Drive. According to the police, a red 2020 Toyota Corolla travelling west struck the youngster as he was crossing 210 Avenue in an unmarked crosswalk. The youngster was taken to the hospital by paramedics in a life-altering situation. According to the police, he is still in the hospital on Monday in a stable state. After a crash in southwest Calgary, a 12-year-old child is in critical condition. A passenger and the Corolla's driver, a woman in her 30s, were both transported to the hospital with minor wounds. According to the police, speed and intoxication are not taken into account. Not a valid attachment ID.
