CPS asking for the public’s help to locate a man who is wanted on warrants

ON WARRANTY 🔴 WANTED In order to find a man who is wanted on warrant for sexually assaulting a lady in downtown Calgary earlier this month, we are need the public's assistance. 📍 On Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024, at around 6:30 a.m., a woman was strolling at the intersection of Sixth Avenue S.W. & 10 Street S.W. when an unidentified guy approached her and brandished a firearm in a threat. The man pursued the victim as she tried to escape and sought refuge in the vestibule of a nearby apartment. He threatened her with a knife once again after entering the entryway, and he then sexually attacked her. Shortly before Calgary Transit peace officers found the victim and called the police, the suspect dashed away on foot. 📌 The individual has been recognized after an investigation as Calgary resident Karmal ISMAIL, 33. He is said to be about 5'11", 155 pounds, medium in build, with brown eyes and black hair. ISMAIL is wanted on warrants for forcible imprisonment and sexual assault with a weapon.
