Alberta’s tourism industry is booming

The tourism sector in Alberta is flourishing!

38 million tourists spent a record $12.7 billion here last year. Our new goal is to increase Alberta's tourism industry to $25 billion a year by 2035.

To get there, we're building year-round resorts, increasing air access, and investing in attractions to keep tourists spending money in Alberta. Travellers may now more easily experience our unparalleled beauty and hospitality thanks to the All-Seasons Resort Act and new direct international flights.

It gave me great pleasure to share this positive news with the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta @ABTourismVoice and to ask Minister Joseph Schow questions.
