Blackouts in Ukraine as Russia Targets Power Grid

Ukraine is once again plunged into darkness as Russian forces intensify their campaign against the country's energy infrastructure, leaving millions without power and raising fears of a humanitarian crisis during the harsh winter months. The attacks, which have been described as systematic and strategic, aim to cripple Ukraine's power grid, bringing cities to a standstill and forcing residents to endure freezing conditions.
