The Indian state’s assassination of a Canadian Sikh at his place of worship

In addition to attacking Canada's sovereignty, the Indian state intentionally targeted a Sikh Gurdwara in Canada when it killed a Canadian Sikh at his house of worship. The cowardly attempts by the Indian government to use murder programs and international repression campaigns to scare its opponents and critics overseas are equally horrifying.

The Canadian government that planned Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar's murder demonstrated no regard for a house of worship's sacredness. It is absurd to then demand respect for locations they are using as outposts to carry out transnational repression against Canadians and foreign meddling against Canada.
