Regarding: A Disturbing Trend of Hate-Fueled Behaviours: Defamation, Incitement, and Violence

Daniel, who was previously convicted of defamation and compelled to pay $500,000 in damages, is now being accused of libel once more, this time against Canadian law enforcement, the Canadian legal system, and police personnel. His most recent accusations of defamation, which unfairly single out two Canadian police officers for their religious beliefs and cast doubt on their professional ethics, claim without proof that they are "getting ready for the next attack on a Hindu temple in Surrey, BC."

Daniel is notable for being one of the main organizers of the recent #Indian nationalist disturbances in #Brampton, where he allegedly organized a crowd gathering at the Hindu Sabha Mandir using his X account. This armed group attacked police, incited violence, and carried metal rods and swords perpetrated damage and even demanded that the Indian Army invade Canada in order to "storm" Sikh temples. Such discourse is extremely concerning and poses a serious risk to social cohesion and public safety in Canada.
