• When a woman was informed that she was not in the system, the individual reassured her that it will be fixed.

• They were guided by translators, wore Harris Walz stickers, and reportedly escaped a two-hour line.

This took place at the South Park Ice Rink in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.
