Primary care spilt from Alberta health services

The centralized Alberta Health Services are currently being split up into four specialized entities by the Alberta government. Primary care, which includes your family physicians and nurse practitioners, will be the newest industry to enter the market. Will more Albertans be able to access primary care, however, as a result of systemic change? Jo Horwood of the CBC reports.
