#REPORT: Premier of the BC New Democratic Party David Eby is seeking to sue Elections Canada in an attempt to prevent the BC Conservative Party from listing itself as the "Conservative Party" on ballots for the election scheduled for October 19th, citing a fictitious Charter of Rights and Freedoms violation.
