A mob of up to 30 teens beat a 13 year old girl almost to death

Up to thirty teenagers beat a thirteen-year-old girl nearly to death.

Only five are detained by Kelowna RCMP before being released.
The cops continued by offering justifications for the young person's brutal crime.

Are they attempting to defend it by saying that the young people are traumatized? What about this little adolescent girl?  as well as the trauma she will live with for the rest of her days.
The "leaders" of 🇨🇦 have turned SOFT.

While offering justifications for the attackers, Kelowna RCMP apprehends (and promptly releases) three of the five individuals accountable for this "swarming" 👇
