Resident doctors are scheduled to initiate a five-day nationwide warning strike on Friday.

The National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) will launch this industrial action to advocate for the resolution of pending salary and welfare issues.

The strike will commence at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025, and is expected to last until Tuesday, September 16, 2025, as confirmed by NARD in a statement on Thursday.
