Charges against the suspected FBI hacker from Dundee have been dismissed.

A Dundee man accused of trying to hack the FBI website has had his case dismissed by a sheriff.

Coray Tierney was set to go on trial related to multiple online attacks on banks and the US crime agency. However, the Crown did not present the necessary expert witnesses to provide evidence against the 23-year-old.
