Asia recently witnessed a breathtaking full moon, a lunar phase where the Moon is entirely illuminated from Earth's perspective. This phenomenon occurs when the Earth is positioned between the Sun and the Moon, fully lighting up the side of the Moon facing our planet.

Full moons occur approximately once a month and are one of eight distinct phases in the Moon's orbit. Notably, a lunar eclipse can take place during a full moon, sometimes resulting in a "Blood Moon" if it's a total eclipse. Throughout the year, full moons are often given unique names, such as the "Corn Moon" in September, adding to their fascination and cultural significance.
