Public Advisory: Police Response on Westville Rd.

The Pictou County District RCMP responded promptly to reports of an armed individual walking on Westville Rd. near the Pictou County Wellness Centre at around 5:15 p.m. today (August 27). Upon arrival, officers found the man, who was in possession of a BB gun and an axe. The situation has been brought under control, and further updates will be provided as needed. The public is advised to stay alert and report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
