Dr. Mustapha Abdullah accompanied Nigerian government officials in welcoming President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his State Visit to Brazil, where he was received by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva at the Planalto Palace to enhance bilateral relations and promote economic and cultural cooperation.
