At least 15 individuals, including four journalists from international media outlets, have been reported killed in an Israeli strike on a hospital in the southern Gaza Strip. Among the deceased are a cameraman from Reuters, a journalist from the Associated Press (AP), and a photographer from Al Jazeera. The affiliation of the fourth journalist remains unclear.

Initial reports indicated several casualties from the first strike, with additional deaths occurring during a second strike as rescuers responded to the scene, according to the Hamas-run Civil Defence.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that an investigation is underway regarding the attack on the hospital. They emphasized that they "do not target journalists as such," but did not provide further details about the incident.
