A new policy in the UK prohibits offenders from participating in sports, visiting pubs, and traveling.

The UK government has introduced a comprehensive set of sentencing reforms intended to strengthen community punishments, lower reoffending rates, and enhance street safety.

These reforms, announced on 24 August, are part of the government's Plan for Change and provide judges with expanded authority to limit offenders' freedoms beyond conventional penalties.

Under these changes, offenders may be prohibited from entering pubs, attending concerts, or visiting sporting events as a component of their punishment.
