Saudi Arabia executed a 30-year-old man for crimes he was accused of committing at age 15, as announced by the Saudi Ministry of Interior.

Jalal al-Labbad was executed in Dammam's Central Prison on Thursday. He was charged under the country's anti-terrorism laws for endangering national security, spreading terror, and supporting armed groups, pursuant to the Anti-Terrorism Crimes and Financing Law in July 2019.

Duaa Dhainy, the lawyer appointed by Labbad's family, stated, "We know that these charges are not, at any level, fair. Jalal was forced to sign confessions under torture."
