Presiding judge Antoine Kesia-Mbe Mindua, center, Judge Tomoko Akane, left, and Judge Kimberly Prost, right, prepare to deliver the verdict in the case of Al Hassan Ag Abdoul Aziz Ag Mohamed Ag Mahmoud at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

The Trump administration imposed sanctions on a Canadian judge at the International Criminal Court as the U.S. State Department continues to oppose the tribunal.
