"The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) have recently conducted a welfare check on the family of a distressed overseas Filipino worker (OFW) in Jeddah. This visit is part of the government's ongoing efforts to ensure the well-being of OFWs and their families who remain in the Philippines.

Led by DMW Assistant Secretaries Ma. Angela Galias and Violetta Illescas, along with OWWA Deputy Administrator Ryan Uy, the team assessed the family's situation and provided necessary assistance to alleviate their challenges. The welfare visit aimed to evaluate the family's condition and offer available government support during this difficult time for their mother, who is working abroad.

This initiative demonstrates the government's commitment to protecting the welfare of distressed OFWs and their families, ensuring that they receive the necessary care and assistance they deserve. Through collaborative efforts, the DMW and OWWA are working tirelessly to address the concerns of OFWs and provide them with a safety net during difficult times."

I hope this meets your requirements!
