President Bola Tinubu has presented Nigeria’s D’Tigress players

President Bola Tinubu has presented Nigeria's D'Tigress players with a reward of $100,000 each, along with a three-bedroom apartment in Abuja, in acknowledgment of their victory at the 2025 Women's AfroBasket.

Additionally, each player has been granted the national honor of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON). The coaches and technical staff have also been recognized, receiving $50,000 each, housing allocations, and the same national honor.
