A Colorado dentist has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole after being convicted of murdering his wife. James Craig, 47, was found guilty of murder and other charges following a trial where jurors heard that he poisoned his wife, Angela Craig, in March 2023 while having an affair. Prosecutors revealed that Craig had tainted his wife's protein shakes with arsenic and later administered a lethal dose of cyanide while she was hospitalized. They argued that he felt trapped in his marriage, was struggling financially, and sought to avoid a divorce.
