Warning: Potholes on Glenmore Trail are leading to traffic congestion.

A severe pothole caused significant traffic congestion and damaged numerous vehicles on Calgary's Glenmore Trail on Tuesday morning.

The Calgary Police Service and tow trucks were on the scene to manage the situation. Punit Somaya, one of the affected drivers, shared his experience, stating that the pothole was hidden by a large puddle and was unavoidable due to surrounding traffic.

He expressed frustration and held the city responsible for inadequate maintenance, claiming that tax dollars should be used more effectively to prevent such issues. The pothole highlights the importance of regular road maintenance to ensure safety and minimize inconvenience for residents.
