We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a renowned Canadian bank (name confidential) on a 6-month contract basis. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing QA-enabling tools that drive business success.

Key Details:

 Location: Toronto, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes 2 days onsite (Monday and Tuesday) and 3 days remote.
 Contract Length: 6 months to start, with potential for extension or conversion to permanent.
 Eligibility: Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.

About the Role:

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for:

 Building simulators to be deployed on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
 Creating web applications for system comparisons
 Handling deployment and maintenance of tools on OCP

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

 5+ years of experience in Java development
 Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot
 Experience with Docker and deployment and monitoring on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
