Update on Niagara Falls General Hospital Flooding

We are aware of the flooding incident at Niagara Falls General Hospital caused by a broken city water pipe. Our priority is the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and families affected.

To minimize disruptions, Niagara Health has contingency plans in place. The Emergency Department at Niagara Falls General is still accepting walk-in patients, while emergency and surgical cases are being diverted to Marotta Family Hospital in St. Catharines.

We are in close contact with Niagara Health and are monitoring the situation closely. We appreciate the dedication of hospital staff working tirelessly to ensure patients receive continuous care during this emergency.

If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Niagara Health for support. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Stay safe, and thank you for your understanding.
