My friend Francis Obere recently attended the ICMC induction ceremony for new members entering the profession as chartered mediators and conciliators.

He is proud to have been inducted and to become an associate member, enabling him to participate in peacekeeping and conflict resolution efforts. Francis believes that knowledge should never be limited, and as a young and dynamic individual, he feels that actively engaging in educational programs and socializing is one of the best ways to network. There's a saying that to make a mark in society, one must be part of a community, and he is proud to belong to this educational society.
