Minister Tuisarau Advocates for Enhanced Planning and Execution

The Fijian government is focusing on enhancing the planning and execution of its projects, particularly within the Ministry of Public Works, Meteorological Services & Transport.

The call for improved planning and delivery was made by the Hon. Ro Filipe Tuisawau, who emphasized the importance of collaboration among all departments and divisions under the ministry to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
This approach aims to address challenges from the previous financial year and set a strong foundation for the upcoming 2025-2026 fiscal period. The workshop focused on reviewing past performance, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and preparing for future initiatives to ensure the ministry meets its strategic goals and serves the public effectively.
