The Governor-General of Australia, as Patron, hosted an event at Admiralty House to celebrate the completion of the Nelune Men's Health Centre during Men's Health Month.

This center, situated at St Vincent's Public Hospital in Sydney, is dedicated to enhancing prostate cancer care and will offer top-tier medical treatment while also addressing the emotional and psychological requirements of patients. The event brought together oncologists, haematologists, doctors, carers, and supporters, emphasizing the collaborative nature of the foundation's work.

Nelune Rajapakse AM and Anna Guillan AM, the co-founders of the Nelune Foundation, were recognized for their dedication to providing care and dignity to those affected by cancer. The attendees included notable figures such as former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull AC and his wife Lucy Turnbull AO, who have been long-standing supporters of the foundation. Other distinguished guests were Paul O'Sullivan, the Chair of Optus, the Hon. Ryan Park MP, the NSW Minister for Health, Charles Curran AC, the Chair of St Vincent's Curran Foundation, and Stephen Rue, the CEO of Optus.
