Government House was delighted to host the winner of the junior officers.

Lieutenant Governor Joan Marie stated earlier this morning that on Thursday afternoon, Government House was pleased to welcome an unanticipated visit from the winners of the Junior Officers for a Day contest.

These young participants spent the day with two officers from the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and Mount Pearl Municipal Enforcement, explored our communities, and learned about the roles and responsibilities of our uniformed services.
