Andrew Tate has been placed under house arrest in Romania following new charges related to human trafficking, including allegations of sexual intercourse with a minor. This development occurred after Romanian police conducted a raid on his residence as part of an investigation involving these new accusations. Tate, along with his brother Tristan, who has been placed under judicial control, is being investigated for several serious crimes, including forming an organized criminal group, trafficking in minors, and money laundering.

The new charges come in addition to existing accusations from 2022, where the Tate brothers were charged with human trafficking, rape, and organizing a criminal network to exploit women. Both brothers have denied all allegations, with Andrew Tate dismissing the new case as a "setup" aimed at slandering their names.

The house arrest is set to last for 30 days while the investigation continues, and the case is being closely monitored by Romanian authorities.
