President Kagame and President Abdelmadjid Tebboune conducted bilateral talks with their respective delegations prior to observing the signing of agreements concerning Air Service, Visa Exemption, Communication, Police, Pharmaceutical Industries, Higher Education, Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, TeleCommunication, Justice, Professional Training, and Investment Promotion.

The Heads of State subsequently held a press conference in which both Heads of State reaffirmed their dedication to enhancing the enduring partnership between Rwanda and Algeria. President Kagame further declared the imminent establishment of a Rwandan Embassy in Algeria.
