I had the pleasure of meeting Her Excellency, Geneviève Tuts, the Ambassador of the European Union to Canada, today. Our discussion focused on the significance of Alberta's exports in various sectors, including energy, agriculture, and lumber, among others. Additionally, I emphasized the necessity of eliminating trade barriers and enhancing Canada's trade relations with our partners in the European Union.
