BREAKING: Reports indicate that Putin is prepared to consider a truce with Ukraine, contingent upon certain conditions, as a preliminary move towards establishing a lasting peace agreement.

One of the conditions includes the absence of European military presence on the ground, allowing only third-party involvement.

Yesterday, Russia dismissed the proposal from France and the UK to cease air and naval operations.

This truce is anticipated prior to the upcoming meeting in Saudi Arabia next week, where the US plans to engage in direct discussions with Ukraine.
